Enrolments are now being submitted Online Here.
- Please note if you have not uploaded immunisation details you will need to submit to HOCC in person or by mail in order for your application to be processed.
- Please also note if you do not provide CRN details we are unable to submit for CCB & CCR on your behalf.
- Please note a maximum of 2 sessions per enrolment. Once all children have been placed into a session parents wanting a third session will be contacted.
- Please also remember only 15 hours per week is allowed.
Enrolments will be processed at the beginning of December and you will be receive your invoice for membership payment. Once Membership is paid you will receive a confirmation letter with your booking/s and a receipt of your payment.
